Devon Miller

Co-founder, Business and Community

Devon Miller is a sustainability planner with over a decade of experience working with governments, First Nations and leading organizations across Canada. He has expertise at the nexus of design, policy, and sustainability, with experience working on complex and innovative projects at a variety of scales.

Devon has led the development of CEEPs for multiple small, large, and Indigenous communities in BC, and currently leads an Energy Coaching service for Indigenous communities. Devon is well known for his ability to translate complex topics into plain understandable language and will bring that expertise to the development of this tool. He is also well known for creating award winning tools for climate action for local governments including the BC Hydro Local Government Low Carbon Building Policy Toolkit (winner of the 2022 New Directions in Planning Award from the Planning Institute of BC). This is the latest tool he intends to develop for supporting climate action in communities across BC and Canada.

Nick Gralewicz

Co-founder, Product and Development

Nick is a multidisciplinary software development professional with over a decade of experience creating software applications. He has led and directed software development, UI/UX design, product management, and customer success teams.

Nick has created seven commercial SaaS applications, directed and led projects over $7 million in size, and produced dozens of custom software applications. Most recently he led the design and directed the technical team for the Forest Machine Connectivity project, a $7.8M Canadian Digital Supercluster initiative to improve operational efficiency and forecasting for forestry companies. Nick is well known for his ability to simplify and communicate complex processes, design innovative products, and iterate quickly on user feedback.
